I became interested in rebuilding Rochester Quadrajets over 25 years ago when we started road racing. I get motivated when people say "You can't make that work". Seems to trigger something in me somewhere that makes me determined to figure out how you CAN make it work.
Quadrajets are just as good as any carb out there. You just have to understand how they function. I've learned quite a bit over the years racing these carbs. I apply that knowledge to all my rebuilds. Whether you are looking for gas mileage, performane/street, or an all out racing carb I can build a carburetor just for you.

Our basic rebuild service is still just $210.00. This includes the complete kit with float, filter, polishing the power piston bore, bushing the throttle shaft and jetting the carb for your needs. I pay strict attention to detail and the basic rebuild includes several tricks that other shops charge extra for. Shipping on the way back is included. You will not be disappointed. Choke pull-offs are extra and quoted on an as needed basis. Some pull-offs are no longer available.
The next step up is a complete recoloring. This includes the basic rebuild services above as well as replating all the parts. The price is still only $250.00 complete.
The Ultimate Rebuild is a concours piece. All the little links and special parts are powder coated the correct green and all the little service marks are then set in place. This is the ultimate in carburetor rebuilds. The price is $500.00 including shipping on the way back!
Currently we are attempting to have the carb screws reproduced. The first attempt has given only mediocre results, so I'm still working on them.
At this point (3-2011) I have several of the screws reproduced in the correct form that I like pretty well. Please inquire.
I'm glad to finally have some pics of the carbs we have restored. Below are some we have completed in 2011. The pics of the 850cfm Buick center section with the Pontiac throttle arm has had the choke removed for all out racing.
